Helen Ferguson

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- Helen C. Ferguson passed away peacefully at her home, Friday, Nov. 18, 2011.        Funeral: Helen will be laid to rest in Green Pond Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Green Pond, Ala.        Helen was born July 2, 1943, in Birmingham, Ala., to the late John and Gladys Carroll. She was a member of North Richland Hills Baptist Church and was a member of the Granade Sunday School Class. Helen was a member of the Mid-Cities Women's Christian Club. Helen was truly a child of God. Everyone loved her and she had a smile that no one could resist. She never met a stranger and everyone loved her. Helen touched many people during her life. She and Ronnie loved to travel; Helen especially loved the Rocky Mountains.        Helen was preceded in death by her parents.        Survivors: Husband of 32 years, Ronnie Ferguson; children, Micheal Taylor, Kelly Martin and husband, Roger, Craig Downing and wife, Michelle, Jarrod Ferguson and wife, Miranda, and Alicia Johnson and husband, Stephen; grandchildren, Dylan, Drake, Hunter, Hailey, Will, Drake, Corey, Shannon, Kaitlyn and Raelynn; brothers, Bill Carroll and wife, Marla, and David Carroll and wife, Debby; and last but certainly not least, her beloved dogs, Maggie and Nikki.
