MANSFIELD -- Herbert Ory "H.O." Middleton Jr. passed away Monday, Dec. 5, 2011.        Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Blessing Funeral Home, Mansfield. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.        H.O. was a Master Mason in Lodge 331. He started with the Fort Worth Police Department on Oct. 12, 1943, and retired as a detective May 1, 1977.        He was preceded in death by his wife, Blossom Faith Middleton.        Survivors: Sons, Bill Martin and wife, Estella, of        Midlothian, Herbert O. Middleton III and wife, Kathy, of Vashti and Lonnie Gene Middleton and wife, Myra, of Mansfield; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brothers, Paul Gene Middleton of Arlington and Billy Charles Middleton of Charlotte, N.C.
