RICHLAND HILLS -- Howard A. Allen died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2007. Graveside service: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, D-FW National Cemetery. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday. Survivors: Wife of 39 years, Louise; children, Howard Jr., Richard, Jenny, Linda; six siblings; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
