James Herman

FORT WORTH -- James Donald Herman, 50, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010, at his home. Memorial service: 1 p.m. Sunday in Lucas Funeral Home Chapel, 137 E. Hill St. Keller. Memorials: The family respectfully requests, in lieu of flowers, that contribution checks be made to "NFS, LLC for the benefit of VLH 2006 Trust" and sent to Thomas P. Kroehle Jr., MBA AIF, 3939 Beltline Road, Suite 310, Addison, Texas 75001. Jim was born Sept. 28, 1959, in Philadelphia, Pa., to Jo Don and Nancy Herman. He married Patricia DiMichele on Sept. 25, 1982. In 1991, Jim moved his family to Fort Worth, where he was employed to work for the U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing, a job he enjoyed. Jim loved his family very much and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. Survivors: Wife, Patty; daughter, Victoria; son, James II; parents, Don and Nancy Herman; sister, Debbie Hauk and husband, Tim; brothers, Ron and John; and numerous family members and friends.
