Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Barbara A. Mullin-Reeve; sister, Joann Flournoy and nephews, Travis and Nathan; daughter, Carla and husband, Ron Wilkey; grandchildren, Jamie and husband, Lucky Spears, Clay and Carly Howard; and great-grandson, Tylen Spears.
