Jay Roberson

Jay Thomas Roberson, 36, a full time student at Michigan State University, and graduate of Owasso High School, passed away July 27, 2009. Funeral Service: 2 p.m. Thursday at Blessing Funeral Home, Mansfield, TX. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday at Blessing Funeral Home. Jay had an adventurous spirit, proudly serving his country in the United States Marine Corps., working as a flight attendant for Spirit Airlines and was a ski instructor at Schuss Mountain in northern Michigan. Survivors: Children, Daniel, Sarah, and Alex Roberson; mother, Carol Roberson; sister, Ami Huggler, and husband Steven, of Indiana; fiance, Cristina Lung, of Florida; grandmothers, Rosie Phillips, and Alice Roberson; two nieces; six nephews; and numerous other family and friends.
