Jeffery Allen Rooster Carroll, 42, of Kennedale, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2008, in Kennedale.Jeff was born June 23, 1965, in Fort Worth. Jeff's passion and devotion to family, friends and football will be cherished by those who love him. On Jeff's journey through life he never met a stranger. His dedication to life blessed all those fortunate enough to have met him. Jeff's most joyful times were spent with his children.
