Jeral Wilson

Slay Funeral Home Aubrey, Texas Jearl Dwaine Wilson 79 of Aubrey passed away Saturday, December 10, 2011. Jearl was the son of Herschell Clifton and Dollie M. (Byrom) Wilson and was born September 16, 1932. Jearl was a veteran having served in the United States Army where he attained the rank of Corporal before his Honorable Discharge. Jearl married Lillie Pearl Gilliland and they had three children. Jearl worked as a special project machinist for General Dynamics / Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX for forty-one years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and gardening. He loved to spend time with his family and grandchildren. He is survived by three daughters, Dena Wilson of Lewisville, TX; Vickie Bindle of Aubrey, TX; and Patty Yarbrough also from Aubrey, TX. He is also survived by three sisters, Nell Bell of Aubrey, TX; Carolyn McCandless of Pilot Point, TX; and Josephine Anderson of Lewisville, TX; four brothers, Travis Wilson of Pilot Point; Kenneth Wilson of Denton, TX; Cecil "Jasper" Wilson of Aubrey, TX; and Monty Wilson of Pilot Point. Also, surviving are seven grandchildren, Deri Marusa; Misty Shelby; Dustin Hilliard; Jerrod Nortman; Stephanie Bindel; Megan Yarbrough, and Lauren Yarbrough . Seven great-grandchildren also survive Jearl. He was preceded in death by one sister, Oleta " Punk" Milton; and three brothers, Floyd Wilson, Harold Wilson, and Donald Jo Wilson. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, December 13, 2011 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Slay Memorial Funeral Center Chapel in Aubrey, TX. Visitation will be Monday, December 12, 2011 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Slay Memorial Funeral Center. Burial will be in Belew Cemetery in Aubrey, following the service.
