FORT WORTH -- Jerry Don Wagner, 62, died Sunday morning, Nov. 25, 2007, while vacationing in San Antonio. Service: At his request there will be no funeral. Visitation: Jerry's family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Great Room at Robertson Mueller Harper. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, consideration of contributions to a charity of one's choice, in Jerry's memory, is suggested. A native of Texarkana, Ark., Jerry was born Feb. 21, 1945, the son of Joseph Jackson and Frances Derrick Wagner. He married the former Pam Williams on Oct. 1, 1966. Jerry served his country in the Army, receiving the Bronze Star during his service in Vietnam. He was employed for 30 years at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth as the director of respiratory therapy and lastly as hospital safety officer.
