Joe Goad

Joe Eldred Goad Jr., 61, passed away Thursday, Dec. 3, 2009, at his home in Kennedale. Joe was born Aug. 10, 1948, in Fort Worth. He worked in the air conditioning and construction business and was admired by many for his hard work and knowledge of the business. He was known to as a straight shooter and loving father. Joe will be greatly missed by his family and friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Charles Deur and his staff for their patience, support and care of Joe. Survivors: Wife of 32 years, Kathy; son, Stacy Lee Goad and wife, Rachel, of Austin; daughter, Melissa Goad Faris and husband, Hunter, of Austin; daughter, Stephanie Limon and husband, Anthony, of San Antonio; and nine grandchildren who all loved him dearly.
