Joel Otwell

Krugerville - Joel Victor Otwell, 49 of Krugerville passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2010. He was born on December 31, 1960 in Newport News, VA to Robin Stanley Otwell and Carol Jean Cartwright. He married Valerie Anne DeLap on August 31, 2002. He was a fireman/paramedic for Lancaster Fire Department for 21 years. He is survived by his wife Valerie Otwell of Krugerville, brother, Steve Otwell of Corpus Christi, two nephews Austin and Connor Otwell, and father and mother-in-law Rollin and Beverly DeLap.
