JUSTIN -- John Andrew Rostosky, 67, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 13, 2013. Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints, 500 W. Bonds Ranch Road, Fort Worth. Interment will follow in Grapevine Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Lucas Funeral Home in Grapevine. Memorials: Should friends, desire memorials are requested to Texas Parks and Wildlife, Inland fisheries management. John, the son of the late Walter Gaidor and Angelina Morrassini Rostosky, was born Feb. 5, 1946, in Middletown, Conn. He was an all-state athlete in high school and was offered a scholarship to college. He missed playing baseball in the minor leagues because he was drafted into the Army. John was an avid fisherman and organized numerous tournaments for civic clubs in Wichita Falls. He retired from Huffines Auto Dealership in Denton as an auto service manager. Survivors: His wife, Ida-Sue Rostosky; daughters, Krista Ann Rostosky-Sharma and husband, Shalabh, Tracey Lynn Rostosky-Reynolds and husband, James; brothers, Richard Rostosky, Walter G. Rostosky; brothers and sisters-in-law, Brock and Judi Presgrove, George and Charlene Brown; and dear friends, George and Hazel Smith and family.
