HURST -- Johnnie Fay McNeel, 91, passed away Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011.        Graveside service: 10 a.m. Friday in Richland Cemetery in Mertens.        Johnnie Fay was born July 6, 1919, to Virgil and Coma Bryant Wilcox in Navarro County. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Paul E. McNeel.        Survivors: Children, Phillip Edward McNeel, Loquita Craig and Paula Carter; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and sisters, Doris Hancock and Wanda Speer.
