NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- John Sanders passed away Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2007. Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst. Interment: Smithfield Cemetery, North Richland Hills. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26, at the funeral home. John was loved by all who knew him. He was a great man and a hard worker. He loved his wife, children and grandchildren, the Cowboys, the Rangers, NASCAR, steak, rock-and-roll and God. He was the coolest Dad ever. We love you and miss you and will never forget you. We are glad you are eating ice cream with your sister in heaven.
