Joseph McCombs

KELLER -- Joseph E. McCombs, 93, passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2011, at his daughter's home in Southlake.        Joseph was born January 18, 1918, in Pueblo, CO, to Wiley E. and Ola Mae Peters McCombs.        Joe served honorably and proudly in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a sales person and also owned and operated a laundry for 17 years in Irving.        Joe was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia in 2004.        Survivors: He is survived by his sons, Joseph E. McCombs Jr. and wife, Monica, and James W. McCombs and wife, Karla; daughter, Patsy Lee Wheaton; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and sister, Louise Deckerd.
