Joyce Kay Webb Pilot Point Joyce Kay Webb, 59 of Pilot Point passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2009. She was born on September 24, 1949 in Kansas City, MO to Homer Elmer and Addie Mae (Cassidy) Frisbey. She married Paul Webb, Jr. on June 17, 1972. She is survived by her mother, Addie Frisbey of Holden, MO, two sons, Dirk Webb and wife Jennifer of Denton and Doug Webb andwife Georgina of Pilot Point, and one daughter, Heather Massengale and husband Jason of Aubrey. Shes also survived by two brothers Forrest Earl Frisbey of Kingsville, MO and Ronald Eugene Frisbey of Holden, MO and five grandchildren, Riley Webb of Denton, Preston and Parker Webb of Pilot Point and Austin and Addison Massengale of Aubrey.
