HURST -- Russell Goslar found his rest Monday, May 11, 2009. Funeral: 1 p.m. Friday at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Russ was born in Madrid, Spain, in 1960. For most of his life he was an automobile enthusiast. He started at a young age with Tonka trucks and Matchbox cars, then moved on to designing model cars and racing HO cars. From the age of 10 he shared a passion for Ford Mustangs with his father. For the past 20 years Russ pursued his passion restoring and repairing Mustangs for Mid Cities Mustang in Euless. Russ' loving spirit and kindness will be missed by his friends and family. He was preceded in death by his father, Leland Goslar. Survivors: His mother, Arleen Goslar; sisters, Donna Wetmore and Diana Smith; nephews; and many friends.
