Lera Peterman

HURST -- Lera Jo Bryson Peterman, 84, of Hurst passed away Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010, after battling a long illness.        Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday at Airport Freeway Church of Christ, 210 Airport Freeway, Euless. Interment: Tuesday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst.        Born July 26, 1925, in Prescott, Ark., Jo moved to Texas as a child and remained in Texas for the remainder of her life. At the age of 22, she married Bedford Dale Peterman. While living in Midland, she gave birth to two children, Rusty and Dayla.
