NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- Lewis Earl Cribbs, 95, went to be with the Lord Friday, Feb. 8, 2008. Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday at Grace Bible Church, 1450 Oak Hill Road in Fort Worth, with Pastors Gregg Bing, Charles Wages and Dr. Jim Scheirling officiating. Burial: Following the service Lewis will be laid to rest in Arwine Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road in Hurst. Memorials: You many honor Lewis with a memorial to Arwine Cemetery, CEF of Fort Worth or Vitas Hospice. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Lewis loved the Lord and his church family. He was a member of Hurst Masonic Lodge 1387 A.F.& A.M. and the Rotary Club of which he was an honored recipent of the Paul Harris award. A Navy veteran of World War II, he served on the Battleship Indiana and enjoyed attending the reunions and his war buddies.
