ARLINGTON -- Lloyd Wilson Cox, 57, a loving husband and father, died Friday, March 10, 2006. ??? Memorial service: 3 p.m. Tuesday at Blessing Colonial Chapel. Pastor Jeff Wickwire of Turning Point Fellowship in Fort Worth will officiate. ??? Lloyd was born Oct. 29, 1948, in Atlanta, Texas. He had a long and successful career with SBC/Cingular. Lloyd's fun-loving spirit and positive outlook enriched the lives of everyone who met him. His selfless and compassionate attitude earned the respect and love of his family, friends and co-workers. ??? Lloyd was preceded in death by his father, Hershel Cox; and his brother-in-law, Robert Waller. ??? Survivors: Wife, Carol Cox; daughter, Melissa Hill; sons, Matthew Lopez, Brian Hill, Richard Cox and wife, Cindy; grandchildren, Amanda, Colin and Ruby; mother, Birdie Cox; sisters, Norma Waller and Jan Wise; brother, Tony Cox; ex-wife of 19 years, Janice Cox; a host of other relatives and friends.
