Always putting her children first, she worked with her sons in their nursery business, Tropical Greenery, for 37 years, never accepting a paycheck.        Lois went to be with the Lord on what would have been her and George's 63rd wedding anniversary. One of our mother's favorite sayings was: "I have more memories than one lifetime can hold."        In addition to her parents, Grace and Robert Ambrose, Lois was preceded in death by her husband, George Phillips; their son, Gregory Phillips; and siblings, Elizabeth Ambrose and Marilee Frank.        Survivors: Brother, Robert Ambrose of Leawood, Kan.; sons, Grant and partner, Kristine, of Arlington, Gary and wife, Mary Beth, of Colleyville, Gavin and wife, Karen, of Southlake, Greer and wife, Laurie, of Haslet; grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Julie, Price, Preston, Paige, Greg, Gavin, Garrett, Sammie, Taylor and Reed; and four great-grandchildren.
