Lora Donoghue

HALTOM CITY -- Lora Mae Donoghue was a beautiful spirit which we lost on Saturday, March 1, 2008. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Monday in Bluebonnet Hills Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Timothy. Visitation: The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road in Hurst. She was someone who knew us better than we know ourselves and loved us unconditionally. Lora loved her family and friends and greeted us with a kiss and a hug so tight we couldn't believe the strength in it. She loved games, puzzles, books and Thanksgiving. We cannot hear the word "pie" and not chuckle because one of her pies would bring on a fight for the first piece every Thanksgiving. We will be forever thankful for our time with her.
