Louise is survived by her son, Russell B. Rice; daughters, Diane C. Miller, and Linda Yontz; grandchildren, Russell Rice II, Kelly Renee Rice, Ryan Miller, and Nicole Scott; great-grandchildren Diamond Rice, Jade Rice, Payton Miller, Madelyn Miller, and Isabel Nicole Scott.
