Lourie Ann Rice Lourie Ann Rice, 37, passed away Saturday August 30, 2008 in Denton. She was born September 4, 1970 in Denton, TX to Eugene and Virginia Smith Starnes. She was a homemaker. She is survived by two sons, Robert David Rice of Denton and Michael Terry Rice of Pilot Point; one daughter, Shay Denise Rice of Pilot Point; one grandson Haden Scott Rice of Denton; husband Terry Rice of Pilot Point; two brothers, Allen E. Starnes of Pilot Point, Jimmy Simmons of Wylie; two sisters, Vickie Stewart of Denton and Sharon Simmons of Wylie; mother Virginia Ruth Starnes; six nephews of two nieces.
