Margaret Ann Thompson

On November 6, 1948 Mary Ella Thompson (Demerson) and Willie C. Thompson, Sr. welcomed their first child. The couple was elated to grow their family. They named her Margaret Ann Thompson. Margaret grew up the eldest of four siblings. 

Margaret is preceded in death by both her parents, one of her younger sisters, Janice Stoglin, and her only brother, Willie C. Thompson, Jr.  

Margaret’s legacy of loving Christ and family will continue through her daughters, Tavernar “Tammy” Baxter and Tasha Coble Ginn along with her granddaughter, Bethany Coble and grandson, Brayden Coble. She will also be remembered by her sisters, Jeannette Alexander (Cyrus) and Jean Thomas (Kembers); and sister-in-law, Ima Thompson (Willie); her aunts, Betty Jo Steele and Eloise Houston; and uncle, Perry Demerson; several nephews and nieces; and a host of relatives.
