FORT WORTH -- Marvin Meinstein died Monday afternoon, Jan. 2, 2012, during his 66th year. Service: 2 p.m. Thursday in Shearith Israel Cemetery, 4634 Dolphin Road, Dallas. Shiva and minyan will be held in Dallas. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, consideration of contributions to a charity of one's choice, in Marvin's memory, is suggested. A native of Waco, Marvin was born March 13, 1945, the son of Abe and Minnie Schikman Meinstein. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a sales associate with Dillard's in Fort Worth. Marvin was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Leon and his wife, Sandra. Survivors: In addition to his sister, Rachelle Mills of Vacaville, Calif., Marvin is survived by his brothers and their wives, Dr. Charles Meinstein and Janet of Phoenix, Ariz., and Edward Meinstein and Leanna of Aventura, Fla.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins and their families.
