FORT WORTH -- Mary Kaye Fuller 60, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, passed away peacefully Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013. Funeral: 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Interment: 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Lane C, Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials: Should friends desire, memorials to the Arlington Cancer Center in Mary Kaye's name will be appreciated. Mary Kaye, the daughter of Victor and Willie Mae Benys, was born Aug. 6, 1953, in Corpus Christi. She was a graduate of Incarnate Word High School in Corpus Christi and received her BA from Texas Tech University and her MA from Texas A&M Commerce. She influenced hundreds of students as a teacher for 30 years in Slaton, Plano East Senior High School and Pasadena High School. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Sherman Otto Benys: and son, Travis Lee Plemons. Survivors: She is survived by her husband, Desmond Fuller; son, Eric Plemons and wife, Andrea; daughter, Stephanie Davis; stepdaughters, Katharine O'Brien and husband, Brendan, Elizabeth Jackson and husband, Kevin, Margaret Fuller; grandchildren, Tyler Davis, Willow Davis, Ethen Plemons; stepgrandchildren, Aidan and Colin O'Brien, Christopher, Caroline and Claire Jackson; brothers, Victor Joe Benys and William L. Benys.
