Maxine Waters

HURST -- Maxine E. Waters passed away Sunday, May 15, 2011.        Funeral: 7 p.m. Tuesday at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road in Hurst. Interment: 2 p.m. Wednesday in Rose Hill Burial Park in Oklahoma City, Okla. Visitation: The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service.        Maxine was born in Enid, Okla., March 29, 1914. She worked at the State Capital, Sohio Petroleum and had her own decorating business, Maxine's Interior Design, for many years. She was a member of N.W. Baptist Church.        She was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Jo McBride; parents, Victor E. Morin and Myrtle I. Chapman; and brothers, Ralph Morin and wife, Mildred, Raymond Morin and wife, Dorothy.        Survivors: Her daughter, Beverly A. Freeman and husband, Curtis H. Freeman, of Hurst; grandsons, Steve, Mike and David Freeman; seven great-grandchildren; and eight great great-grandchildren.
