Melody Kay Stockett-Beezley

Melody Stockett-Beezley, 46, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012, after a long battle with ovarian cancer. Memorial Service: 1:00 pm Saturday, October 20th at the Calvary Church of the Valley, 6107 North Invergordon Road, Paradise Valley, AZ. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Melody's honor to www.popsicle.org and/or www.askican.org. Melody was born Sept. 7, 1965, in Wichita, Kan. She received her bachelor's degree from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. Melody met her husband J. Beezley while attending Baylor University in Waco where she received a master's degree and later was a speech language pathologist. Melody was fun loving, vibrant and full of life. She devoted her life to her family, cherishing her husband and two beautiful daughters. Melody loved the beach and traveling with her family. Survivors: Loving husband of 20 years, J. Beezley; daughters, Matti Rose and Bella Kate Beezley; parents, Jim and Bonnie Stockett; brother, Rick Stockett (Diana); sister, Pam Meyer (Carl); niece, Shannon Goldwater; niece, Kaela Meyer; nephew, Brandon Meyer; and a large extended network of friends and family.
