Michael Thompson

Michael Carl Thompson 71 of Pilot Point, died on Sunday, January 17, 2010 .  He was born on February 25, 1938 in Rack, West Virginia to Fielder and Myrtle (Bowden) Thompson.  He married Wanda J. Douglas on April 28, 2008 in Pilot Point, Texas.  He served in the United States Air Force.  Michael retired from HPI in Dallas where he worked as a production manager.   He is survived by his wife Wanda of Pilot Point, four sons, Lane Thompson of Atlanta, Georgia; Paul Thompson of Lubbock, Texas; Tim Thompson of Denton, Texas; and Brian Thompson of Flower Mound, Texas. He is also survived by two sisters, Patty Atwood of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; Judy Warden of North Carolina; and two brothers, Randy Thompson of West Virginia; and Steve Thompson of North Carolina, as well as eighteen grandchildren.
