Michael Wilson

Michael R. Wilson, "Old Man Mike" of Aubrey passed away on April 21, 2010 at Presbyterian Hospital in Denton, TX. He was born on July 12, 1950 in Denton to Floyd Clifton Wilson and Leta Ellison. Michael was 59. He earned is GED through Denton High School and attended Cooke County Junior College where he earned an associate degree in Auto Mechanics. Mike worked as a brick mason and was self-employed. He is survived by his mother, Leta Lawson of Denton; his wife Darla Sonntag Wilson of Aubrey; one son, Clifton Paul Wilson of Aubrey; a daughter, Michaela LaNay Wilson. Michael is also survived by a sister, Geraldine Najaar of Aubrey, and one brother Dennis Wilson of Seadrift, TX. Numerous uncles, aunts and cousins also survive.
