Though Michelle left this world far too soon, her boundless energy and infectious spirit have created countless memories that remain. After graduating from Franklin Community High School and Indiana State University, where she was president of Delta Delta Delta Sorority, she married Dennis Bowser in 1982. Together they built a marriage envied by all who know them. They raised three sons, Logan, Travis and Jared, who were the sources of some of her greatest joy and abiding pride. An adventuresome woman with strength of character that never failed her, she loved to travel. Australia, China, India, Mexico, the Caribbean and throughout Europe, Michelle saw the world. Corporate facilities manager for Flowserve Corporation for the past 15 years, she was especially grateful to them for the support she was given as she waged her battle against cancer. Some of her most special moments in the past few years came through her involvement in the Lone Star Parrot Head Club. The many friends made there have become family. She was preceded in death by her father. Survivors: In addition to her husband and sons, she is survived by her mother; sister, Julie (Bob) Armstrong; brother, Todd Michelfelder; brother-in-law, Dale (Violet) Bowser; five nieces; four nephews; and beloved dog, Brodie.
