FORT WORTH -- Mildred Virginia Fortner Spielman, 97, died peacefully Friday afternoon, Feb. 15, 2008. Celebration of life: 3 p.m. Sunday in the Leonard Chapel at First United Methodist Church of Fort Worth, 800 W. Fifth Street. The Rev. Dr. William Longsworth will officiate. Mrs. Spielman was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Herman J. Spielman, in 1957. Survivors: Sons, Dr. Warren R. Speilman and his wife, Gloria, and William J.
