 ???FORT WORTH -- Naomi Lucille Anderson Brockman, 90, died Wednesday, June 7, 2006, at a local health center. ??? Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road in Hurst. Graveside service: 3 p.m. in Hope Cemetery in Henrietta. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. ??? Memorials: Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Harris Hospital Auxiliary, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave., Fort Worth, Texas 76104; or First United Methodist Church of Hurst, 521 W. Pipeline, Hurst, Texas 76053. ??? Naomi was a devoted mother and grandmother who dearly loved her family and friends. She was active in her church, a volunteer at Harris Hospital Auxiliary for over 20 years and volunteered at the Northeast TCJC senior office. She loved to travel, read, sew and do needlecrafts. ??? Naomi was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Leo Brockman; son, Charles Keith Brockman; parents, Charlie and Mattie Pearl Anderson; sisters, Marie Smith, Margaret Cummins and Leila Anderson; brothers, James I. Anderson and Charles Ira Anderson. ??? Survivors: Daughters, JoAnn Werner and husband, David, of Hurst and Betty Tyler and husband, Frank, of Denton; son, James D. Brockman of Dallas; daughter-in-law, Linda Brockman of Benbrook; sisters-in-law, Celia Brockman of Flower Mound and Wanda Brockman of Henrietta; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 12 nieces and nephews.
