AZLE -- Nell Rebecca Fields Hutchins-McAdams, 92 years old, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, June 19, 2011, with her family all around her.        Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday at Calvario Funeral Chapel, 111 W. Northside Drive, Fort Worth. Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.        Nell Rebecca Fields was born April 13, 1919, In Nashville, Tenn. She was the daughter of Joseph B. Fields and Eully Lou Layhew Fields-Harvey. She was married to Aaron James "Curley" Hutchins until his death in 1980. In 1983, she married John Oscar McAdams until his death in 2007.        Trained at Harris Hospital in Fort Worth, Nell became a licensed vocational nurse and took care of countless patients in several health facilities including Bridgeport Hospital. Nell was one of the most gracious, humble servants to all those who knew her and could light up the room with her smile. Her son Larry tells stories of how his dad "Curley" would smile when he came home to families that Nell invited over to eat or to take care of some need they had - a true Christian woman who would rarely sit down because of her love for taking care of people. Nell loved the Lord and read her Bible every day. She was a member of Hills Church of Christ for many years.        Survivors: Sons, Larry Charles Hutchins, and James Edwin Butch Hutchins and his wife, Brenda; grandchildren, Chris Hutchins and wife, Sheila, Tim Hutchins and wife, Kristy, Jon Hutchins and wife, Tonya, Carol-Ann Hutchins Whitworth and husband, Kent, Karen Hutchins Owen and husband, Robert; and great-grandchildren, Christopher Hutchins, Ethan Hutchins, Madison Hutchins, Aaron Hutchins, Joshua Hutchins, Zach Whitworth, Nick Whitworth, Emily Hope Whitworth, James Cordell Owen and Olivia Kate Owen.
