BEDFORD -- Norma "Sue" Blake, 80, passed away Monday, March 21, 2011.        Funeral: 3 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Lucas Funeral Home. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.        Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a favorite charity.        Sue was born Aug. 24, 1930, in New Home to the late Wyatt and Davida Burkhalter. She worked in insurance claims and enjoyed spending time with the ladies in the office. Sue loved the Dallas Cowboys. Sue and her husband, Gilbert, were married just days shy of 62 years.        Sue was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dan Burkhalter and his wife, Alta; and brother, Harold Burkhalter.        Survivors: Husband, Gilbert H. Blake; son, David Blake and his wife, Kristin; daughter, Kim Blake; grandchildren, Timothy Blake Grisham and his fiancee, Bethany Lilly, Jimmy "James" D. Grisham and Dalton Dean Genat; brother, Buzz Burkhalter; sister, Beth Roper and her husband, Ralph; and numerous extended family members.
