Memorials; In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to Birdville Baptist Church, 3141 Carson St., Haltom City, Texas 76117, in her name.        A Richland Hills resident since 1969, Mrs. Shockey lived with family in Keller for the past several years. Since being widowed in 1976, she continued to attend Birdville Baptist Church until earlier this year when her health declined. She was surrounded by her loving family at the time of her passing, just as she was throughout her life. She was predeceased by her husband, the Rev. James H. Shockey; daughter, Loyce Miller; her parents; a brother; and a sister. Ola Mae is survived by her sons, James Ray Shockey, Roy L. Shockey and wife, Beth; daughters, Mary Ann Whitt, Kay Shelton; brother, Monroe Thomas and wife, Freddie; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
