Patsy Halbrooks

Patsy Halbrooks, 79, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2007 surrounded by her family. Pat was born in Decatur to Hugh Fern and Johnnie McFee. Living most of her adult life in the Fort Worth area she was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend to many. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. They were the center of her life. She was an active member of Riverside Baptist Church where she enjoyed the senior game day with her friends. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, brother James, sister Sarah and beloved granddaughter Amy. Survivors: Husband- Coy; son- Michael, wife Pam; daughters- Betty Michaels, husband P.M., Sara Roberts, husband Jim, Kathryn Hopper, husband Ted; Grandchildren- PFC Michael Cole Bockman, Kristen McAfee Mitchell, Brent and Ryan Hopper; sister- Mary Jo Williamson; brother- Dick McAfee, wife Pat along with several nieces and nephews.Memorials: To honor Pat the family suggest a gift to the Riverside Baptist Church,3101 Race St, Ft.Worth, TX 76111, Vitas Hospice, 2501 Parkview Dr. Suite 600, Ft Worth, TX 76102 or a charity of your choice.
