EULESS -- Peggy Jean Crawford, 70, died peacefully in her sleep after a short bout with cancer Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2008. Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday in Lucas Hurst Funeral Chapel. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials: Should friends desire, memorials are requested to the American Cancer Society or United Methodist Women's Group. Peggy Jean, the daughter of Jewell and Lorene Alexander, was born Dec. 19, 1937, in Franklin County. She married Lyndal Crawford on Nov. 29, 1958. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Euless. Surivors: Husband of 49 years, Lyndal Crawford of Euless; son, Johnny and wife, Michele Crawford, of Keller; daughter, Sharon Crawford of Euless; and grandchildren, Holly and Brian Crawford of Keller.
