Peter Anderson

HURST -- Peter M. Anderson, 43, died Thursday, May 8, 2008, in a local hospital. Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Monday at St. John The Apostle Catholic Church, 7341 Glenview Drive. Visitation: Peter will lie in state Sunday, May 11, from 1 to 8 p.m., with the family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Burial: private. Peter was born Nov. 14, 1964, to parents, Peter and Bernadette Anderson, and he was proud to be from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Peter was an aeronautical engineer at Lockheed Martin. He never met a stranger and was known as the friendliest and nicest man around. Peter was loved so much and will be missed by all who knew him. Survivors: Wife, Katherine Restivo Anderson; parents, Peter and Bernadette Anderson; sister, Lorraine Viega and husband, Leo; sister, Joanne Ruiz and husband, Gilbert; sister, Kathleen Anderson; brother, John Anderson and wife, Susan; sister, Christine Anderson; brother, Paul Anderson; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended-family members.
