Randall was born Dec. 1, 1940, to Guy and Kay Foy in Indiana. He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1958. His interests in motion picture films led to his career in owning and managing movie theaters in Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, North Carolina, Colorado and Wyoming. Randall also owned the Mustang Drive-In Theater in Andrews. His interests in the film industry led to an extensive film collection consisting of thousands of movies. Randall is best loved for his sense of humor and his one-of-a-kind laugh, which was contagious. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Peggy Walker. Survivors: Sons, Randall Jay Foy II and his wife, Kathy, Rodney James Foy and his wife, Terri; daughter, Robyn Foy Stuart; grandchildren, Tyler Clack, Cody Foy, Lidsey Foy, Tanner Foy, Kassidi Foy, Baylee Stuart and Abigail Foy; brother, John David Foy and his wife, Connie; sister, Judy Foy.
