FORT WORTH -- Reba Lucille Cother Rollins passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, Jan. 3, 2012, during her 82nd year. Service: 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel at Robertson Mueller Harper with Mr. Tom Pauley of Western Hills Church of Christ officiating. Following the service, she will be laid to rest in Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: Family and friends will gather 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the Great Room at the funeral home. Memorials: Consideration of contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, in Reba's memory, is suggested. A native of Fort Worth, Reba was born Oct. 23, 1929, the daughter of Bill and Olive Robinson Cother. She was a 1948 graduate of R.L. Paschal High School and worked a church secretary at West Berry Church of Christ for a number of years. Reba was an avid reader and enjoyed all types of needlework. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Donald Cother. Survivors: In addition to her husband of 53 years, Vernon, Reba is survived by her children, Doug and his wife, Deborah, and Rebecca Cyphers and her husband, David; granddaughters, Jennifer Scott and her husband, Robert, and Katie Cole and her husband, Jeremy; great-grandchildren, Liam Scott, Emily, James and Nathan Cole; and numerous nieces and nephews and their families and friends.
