BEDFORD -- Bob Cox, 49, crossed over on Friday, Dec. 7, 2012. Memorial service: 1 p.m. Saturday, Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Bobby's name to SPCA of Texas. Bob was a great drummer and played in many bands throughout his life, The Godwads, Jody Fosters Army, Our Neighbors Suck and Three Men and a Baby Jesus to name a few. Bob was an even better dad and G-paw. Bob loved the kids and the kids loved him. He loved saving stray dogs. His other dogs, Jazzy, Farrah, Saucer, Hazel, Misty and Tiger the cat, will miss their daddy's lap. Survivors: He is survived by his son, Ron Cox; daughter, Mercedes Easton; parents, Ron and Jeanette Cox; sisters, Terri Clifton, Jennifer Cox; former wife and forever friend, Brigitte Radich; Grandma and Paw Paw; brother-in-law, Dave Blomgren; nephews, Corey Clifton, Keath Blomgren; g-sons, Jonathan, Jeremiah, Jedidiah Gibson; and his beloved dog, Sam.
