In addition, a celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, at Kirby's Steakhouse in Southlake. Bob was born Jan. 5, 1942, in Bay City, Mich. A soldier until the end, he fought with strength, dignity and courage. He was a retired U.S. Army captain and decorated aviator, who served his country proudly for over 20 years. Two tours of duty were in Vietnam. Bob was the general manager of Midwest/Power Steer in Dallas where he worked for more than 15 years. He was a charming, handsome gentleman who loved the outdoors, his ranch in Red Oak, and spending time with his friends and family. Lobo was very much loved and will be forever missed.
