Robert Schief

KELLER -- Robert Wann Schief passed away Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012, at the age of 91. Memorial service: 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery under the direction of Lucas Funeral Home. Robert was born in Reading, Pa. He served in the Army during World War II. He was a postal worker for over 30 years and moved to Keller in 2006 to be closer to family. He loved spending time with his great-granddaughter, Rylea, and loved all sports. Survivors: Children, Linda McGrath of Keller, Robert Schief of Tucson, Ariz., and Karen Baker of Keller; grandchildren, Fred McGrath, Allyson Walsh, Rebecca Baker, Mallory Baker, Ryan Schief and Sara Abrahamson; and great-granddaughter, Rylea Walsh.
