Robert Shackelford

KELLER -- Robert T. Shackelford, 37, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010, at an area hospital.        Funeral: 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, at First Baptist Church of Keller, 225 Keller Parkway. Senior Pastor the Rev. Keith Sanders will officiate. Visitation: Robert will lie in state Wednesday afternoon at Lucas Keller Funeral Home, 137 E. Hill St., with the family receiving friends 6 to 8 p.m.        Memorials: Friends who desire are invited to honor Robert's memory with gifts in his name to The Shackelford Memorial Fund at the Frost Bank of Keller.        Robert's two loves were his family and the U.S. Marines. His wife and children felt extremely blessed to have such a wonderful husband and daddy in their lives.        Robert was a member of First Baptist Church of Keller and served on the maintenance staff of the church.        Survivors: His wife, April Shackelford; children, Tyler, Nikkie, Elizabeth, Gracie, Thomas, Lily and Caroline; mother, Kathleen Rowe; sisters, Christy and Kandi; several nieces and nephews; and extended family.
