Ruth Alexander

ROANOKE -- Ruth Alexander, 82, passed away Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Monday in Medlin Cemetery, Trophy Club. Visitation: 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Lucas Funeral Home, 2000 W. College, Grapevine. She was born Dec. 6, 1924, to George and Cora Rose. She and husband of 56 years, Harold, retired from Alexander Hardware. She was preceded in death by her husband and sons, Harold Jr. and Kenneth. Survivors: Daughter, Charlotte Ray and husband, Robert; grandsons, Russ and wife, Carmen, and Mike and wife, Debbie; granddaughter, Susan; and sisters, Bernice and Savannah.
