Samuel Palacios, 49, died in a tragic accident on April 1, 2014. Samuel was a loving husband, father, brother, son, and friend. He worked hard to become educated and to become a successful business owner. He loved his family with all his heart. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.
