FORT WORTH -- Stephenie Erin Caddy-Aqqad, 34, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2011. Stephenie was a shining light to all who knew her -- the type of mother, daughter and friend everyone wanted to be, perpetually kind, loving, caring and sharing.
