Sylvia Johnson

BURLESON -- Sylvia Elizabeth Johnson, 88, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, January 30, 2011. She is now with her oldest daughter, Sandra Lee, who is also with the Lord, and whose birth date was January 30, 1951. Sylvia was born in Tahoka on March 4, 1922, the daughter of Happle and Estelle Edwards. She was a very loving and caring mother and her children and grandchildren will miss her dearly. Sylvia was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Johnson and daughter, Sandy Lee. Survivors: Children, Robert Johnson and wife, Cindy, of Burleson, Stanley Johnson and wife, Toni, of Whitney and Frances Davis of Durant, Okla.; grandchildren, Russell Hurry, Rachael Wright, Robert Hurry, Jeremy Johnson, Joey Johnson, Megan Johnson, Delia Beth Singleton, John Johnson, Jason Johnson, Christopher Johnson and Crystal Byrd; and many great-grandchildren.
